What are good non expensive room wall decorations for brown and pink?

I need serious help. I just painted my room fuchsia pink and bought a brown bed set. it is plain brown. i want some stuff on my walls because they are bare. I bought the square shelves but haven't put the up yet. I also have a long brown mirror as well. i want to include pictures on my walls but want it to look good and kind of modern.

I have a white room with two (its a 5 sided room, its weird) lime green accent walls and all black furniture, and I wanted more black in it, so I took a brown cork-board about three feet wide and 2 feet long, standard size (like 6 bucks at staples) and painted it black and put it low on my biggest white wall, at close to my low furniture height. it looks great.

you should get a couple large cork boards (not to big) and either leave them brown or paint them the matching brown (home depot or lowes paint samples are 4 dollars, and good for 10 cork boards!) and hang them so their tallest point is even with your tallest shelf, and hang (3 would look good) perfectly even spaced with each other across your biggest wall. It would be a great plain accent, and it may not sound great right now, but once you see it it'll be worth it. and if you don't like it, it was only about a 20 dollar project that you can take down or rearrange with no damage.

another tip: I took white yarn and clear thumbtacks and put the thumbtacks in the board and looped the string in a geometric design that i rearrange every couple weeks. if you don't like the plain brown you can try this with the same color pink as your walls, should only cost like 3 bucks at a craft store

It makes the room much more sophisticated and neat looking, but still awesome, especially if you add the yarn
